The place is beautiful, centrally located, & well appointed. The communication was stellar. They were easy to get ahold of, friendly, & very accommodating. Sadly, we didn’t end up staying the night because the city was doing some work and turned off the electricity for most of the evening & night. The company was great to work with and very apologetic (even tho it wasn’t really their fault). I would love to come back and actually stay another time!

We booked this Airbnb for my parents while they were in Santa Barbara to celebrate our wedding, and it was absolutely perfect for their stay.
The home was very clean, comfortable, and quiet, making it a wonderful place to relax after busy days with family and wedding festivities. The location was excellent — convenient to everything they needed while still feeling peaceful and tucked away.
The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process.
We truly appreciated the hospitality and would gladly recommend this property to anyone visiting SB!!

This was one of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed at. The place was so clean, nice, and truly such a comfortable bed with comfy pillows as well. The location was great and walking distance to everything. The host was also very communicative. Highly recommend!!!
